We offer property viewing service to estate agents and private landlords to manage the Property Viewing Service on their behalf. This service functions very much like a traditional estate agency but without the associated high costs.

You can book our professional experts for viewing the property on your behalf; our staff will then collect the house keys from the client locally and show the property to all prospective viewers. You can hire us just for 1 viewing period or for the full day.

Who will be meeting my buyers?

Viewings are conducted by an experienced and fully vetted representative who has been CRB checked as part of their accreditation.

Keys are held in lockable safe and Key handover documentation is compulsory when we accept keys. The service is fully insured.

Our Fees

Smart Property Service company charge £30 per/hour or from £130 for the full day to manage the viewing. Our fee would be payable in advance when collecting the keys from the private landlord.

We also offer a range of other expert services like EPC or Professional Property Photography, HMO Floor Plan, Fire Risk Assessment, Asbestos survey and Legionella Risk Assessment for your home.
